2. The gap between ink roller and cots is adjusted arbitrarily between-5mm ~ 5mm, and there is calibration indication to ensure that the clearance is accurate.
3, an ink roller and a rubber roller are provided with a closed protective cover designed to prevent dust or foreign matters from falling into the roller, and the working condition of observation is facilitated.
4. The auxiliary lighting design is to take into account the environmental operation of night or light, so as to facilitate the observation of the cleaning condition of the ink and ink roller.
Gap adjustment:
1, all upper and lower movable shafts, rollers rise and fall vertically, and there is no malpractice of eccentric adjustment (eccentric upper shaft low point and lower shaft high point are not in vertical line). The clearance adjusting tool is only one shaking handle, and the efficiency is more than 10 times as much as that of the worm box. Electric adjustment mode (selection) is convenient.
2, the structure of the synchronous supporting paper is synchronously lifted with the adjustment of the lower printing roller, the upper limit of the lower printing roller is always kept in synchronization with the upper limit of the lower printing roller, and the height of the supporting paper bridge is not needed to be adjusted when the paper board with different thickness is changed.
3, the inherent synchronous self-locking function on both sides ensures that the clearance between the shaft, both ends of the roller and the upper shaft is consistent for a long time, there is no disadvantage of turbine box locking, and the printing is uniform and the paperboard will not run oblique.
Dimension adjustment:
1, electric digital phase, box height adjustment.
2, box width: that is, the width or length of the finished carton, specifically refers to the spacing of slotted marks.
3, slotted knife, angle cutter itself adapt to less than 7 layers of cardboard, different thickness of cardboard do not need to be adjusted.
4, the slotted part is equipped with auxiliary lighting to facilitate the operation of night or poor light environment.
