How to adjust the accuracy of the full automatic partition assembly machine?
1、 Adjustment of grid position
Guide rail calibration: Use a laser level to check the straightness of the guide rail. If the deviation exceeds 0.1mm, adjust the fixing bolts.
Positioning system: Input the target coordinates through the device control panel, run the testing program to observe the pin landing point, measure the deviation with a dial gauge and compensate for it.
Visual assistance: Install an industrial camera to monitor the grid position in real-time, and automatically trigger a compensation program when the deviation exceeds 0.05mm.

2、 automatic cardboard partition machine Gap calibration method
Standard gap: Set the gap between the pin and the slot according to the thickness of the cardboard. The formula is: gap=cardboard thickness x 1.1 (e.g. 2mm cardboard corresponds to 2.2mm gap).
Pressure test: Insert standard cardboard for testing. If there is any jamming or looseness, adjust the nut gap slightly until the cardboard can be smoothly inserted without shaking.
Dynamic verification: After running continuously for 10 times, retest the gap, and the change should be less than 0.05mm.
3、 partition assembler machine Accuracy verification
Sampling inspection: Select 5 cardboard boards from each batch and measure the grid position deviation with a vernier caliper, allowing for an error of ± 0.1mm.
Long term monitoring: Record daily first piece inspection data, and conduct comprehensive maintenance if it exceeds the tolerance for 3 consecutive days.
