Automatic grey hardboard production line technological core

The grey hardboard production line is a complex system engineering, whose core is to process the raw paper into cardboard of different specifications and strengths through a series of processes.

The technological core of modern cardboard production lines is "high speed, wide width, intelligence, and green", aiming to stably produce high-quality and diversified cardboard products with the lowest energy consumption and labor costs.

1. Highly automated and intelligent

This is the most prominent feature of modern production lines.

Central centralized control: The entire production line (from raw paper to stacking) is commanded by a central control system based on PLC and industrial computers, and operators can monitor and adjust all parameters in the control room.

Automatic paper feeding system: The raw paper rack is equipped with a high-speed automatic paper feeding machine, which can complete the splicing of new and old paper rolls without stopping the machine, ensuring production continuity. The speed can reach 250-400 meters per minute.

Intelligent order management system: integrated with MES/ERP system, automatically receives production orders, optimizes production scheduling sequence, and automatically distributes order parameters (size, quantity) to each equipment unit.

Dynamic automatic order change: Through servo driven longitudinal and transverse cutting machines, size switching can be completed at full speed on the production line, achieving seamless connection between different orders and greatly improving the flexible production capacity of small batches and multiple varieties.

2. Precision Machinery and Process Control

This is the foundation for ensuring the physical quality of cardboard, such as strength and flatness.

High precision corrugated rollers: Corrugated rollers made of tungsten carbide (WC) spray coating or special alloy material have extremely long wear resistance and can maintain precise corrugation shape for a long time, ensuring stable compressive strength of cardboard.

Non pressure paper guiding technology: In the paper hardboard production line production process, vacuum adsorption, belt traction and other methods are used to transport the paper web, replacing traditional pressure rollers, avoiding corrugated paper crushing, and significantly improving the strength of the cardboard.

Intelligent temperature control and tension control:

Multi stage drying control: The drying section consists of multiple independent temperature zones, which can automatically adjust the temperature of each section according to the weight of the raw paper and the vehicle speed, ensuring uniform drying of the cardboard and preventing warping.

Full width tension control: By using tension sensors and brakes, the tension of the paper web from the raw paper rack to each section of the paper delivery is adjusted in real time to ensure smooth operation of the production line and flatness of the cardboard.

Direct drive technology: Servo motors are used to directly drive key parts such as longitudinal and transverse cutting, eliminating traditional gearboxes and long shafts, resulting in higher transmission accuracy, faster response, and easier maintenance.

3. Comprehensive online quality monitoring

Quality inspection has shifted from "post inspection" to "real-time monitoring of the entire process".

Visual inspection system: High definition cameras online detect surface defects on cardboard, such as cracks, stains, delamination, etc., and automatically mark or alarm.

Online measuring instrument:

Quantitative scanner: measures the weight distribution of cardboard.

Moisture scanner: Real time monitoring of the moisture profile of the dried cardboard and feedback adjustment of the drying temperature.

Thickness scanner: Ensure uniform thickness of cardboard.

Automatic quality feedback: Real time detection data is transmitted to the central control system, which can automatically fine tune relevant process parameters (such as glue quantity and temperature) to form a closed-loop quality control.

The technical characteristics of modern automatic paper hardboard production lines are reflected in: using intelligent brain (control system) as the core, precision machinery and energy-saving technology as the backbone, online quality monitoring as the sensory, and ultimately achieving efficient, stable, green, and flexible high-quality production.
