The industrial paper hardboard production line is an automated equipment used for producing cardboard (such as gray cardboard). Through processes such as cutting, laminating, creasing, and die-cutting of raw paper, the roll paper is processed into flat cardboard, which is ultimately used for the production of cardboard boxes, packaging boxes, and other products.
How to prevent faults in industrial cardboard production lines?
1、 Daily cleaning: the foundation of fault prevention
Cleaning of printing components: After each job, specialized cleaning agents are needed to clean the residual ink on the surface of the printing cylinder and plate to prevent drying and hardening, which can lead to a decrease in printing quality.
Conveyor system maintenance: Clean the conveyor belt of paper scraps and chain oil stains daily to avoid the accumulation of impurities that may cause transmission failures.
Environmental control: In dusty and humid environments, it is necessary to increase the cleaning frequency (such as cleaning every shift).
2、 Lubrication management: the key to extending Composite hardboard production line life
Lubrication plan:
The track/bearings are lubricated every 6 months, and later shortened to 4 months.
Chain drive components need to be regularly coated with high-temperature lithium based grease (NSF H1 grade is required for the food industry).
Oil monitoring: Check the smoothness of the oil circuit through the oil gauge, and immediately deal with any oil leakage or abnormal oil quality.

3、 Regular calibration: ensuring accuracy and stability
Mechanical component calibration:
Check the tension of the conveyor belt (30-50N/mm ²) and the sag of the chain (≤ 2% sprocket center distance) every month.
Calibrate the drum pressure quarterly to avoid paper breakage caused by local wear.
Electrical system inspection: Regularly test the emergency stop button response time (≤ 0.5 seconds) and sensor sensitivity.
4、 Intelligent Monitoring: From Passive Maintenance to Active Prevention
State monitoring technology:
Use a vibration analyzer to detect abnormal bearings (if the vibration value is greater than 4.5mm/s, stop the machine).
Real time monitoring of motor temperature rise (normal ≤ 80 ℃) and gearbox oil level.
Predictive Maintenance (CBM): Predicting faults through multi-dimensional data (vibration, temperature, oil) to reduce unplanned downtime.
Through the above measures, the failure rate of industrial paper hardboard production lines can be significantly reduced, and the overall equipment efficiency (OEE) can be improved.
