The working principle of Automatic carton box stitching machine :
Place a piece of cardboard in the binding section and have the technician set the binding pressure based on the thickness of the cardboard. Adjust the width of the nail box support frame according to the length and thickness of the cardboard;
When the thickness of the cardboard is too thick, personnel should be arranged to press the joint thin appropriately, so that the surface paper will not be crushed during the joint;
According to the production notice requirements, the box nails should be nailed along the centerline of the overlapping part, with a deviation not exceeding 3mm.
The nail spacing is uniform, with the distance between the first and last nails being 20mm from the upper and lower lines, the distance between single nails not exceeding 55mm, and the distance between double nails not exceeding 75mm. full automatic carton stitcher machine
