The machine consists of five parts: paper feeding, printing, slotting, die cutting and stacking.
Paper feeding department adopts advanced negative pressure adsorption and kick-back paper feeding with adjustable air volume.
The printing department adopts hanging plate roll, which can shorten the time of plate loading.
The slotting part of the electric adjusting box height, phase and slotting tool base move left and right, and synchronize with the press wheel.
Aerodynamic lifting of front end and photoelectric tracking of rear end of stacking part can automatically rise and fall
Alarm system to ensure the safety of operators.
Paper feeder
1. Vacuum adsorption assisted back kick feeding system is used to adjust suction according to different size of cardboard. The cardboard is adsorbed on the feeding table to smooth the cardboard into the printing department.
2. Electric adjustment of side gear position, fast, accurate and convenient adjustment
3. Paper feeding rollers are wrapped with wear-resistant rubber and balanced. Paper feeding rollers are embossed and plated with hard chromium.
4. There is a production quantity setting device without manual counting. When using the automatic zero-return device, two sheets can be adjusted to the correct position to reduce the waste of cardboard.
5. Dust removal with brush can remove magazines on cardboard and improve printing quality.
6. The function of the control panel is concise and centralized, and the operation is convenient.
Printing Department
1. Using hanging plate printing system, the plate-changing operation is convenient, and pedal switch is installed to facilitate hanging plate.
2. The circumferential adjustment mechanism of printing drum adopts planetary gear structure, and the hardness of the tooth surface reaches HRC58-60.
3. Printing phase adopts frequency converter, touch screen control and electric digital 360 degree adjustment (operation, stop state can be adjusted). Inking roll adopts high precision hard chromium wear resistant mesh roll.
4. Rubber rollers are coated with wear-resistant rubber on the surface of steel pipes. The ink transfer effect is good after medium and high special grinding.
Slotted part
Line-pressing wheel. Paper feeding wheel and slotting tool base are guided by rolling linear guideway, moving smoothly and positioning accurately (high-grade machine)
Slot phase adopts frequency converter, touch screen control and electric digital 360 degree adjustment (adjustable in running and stopping state), and has reset function.

Bed table lifting strong chain drive
The stacking height is 1600 mm, 1800 mm and 2000 mm.
Bed height automatically adjusts with the stack height of cardboard, lifting motor, with braking function, the bed can maintain a fixed position, will not slide.
Pneumatic paper-lifting mechanism, when the cardboard is stacked to a predetermined height, the paper-receiving pallet opens automatically, and the support supports the cardboard.
