The blade in the slitting machine should be movable, and when choosing Taiwan tile line, consideration should be given to the dust prevention treatment of the cutting blade and wire pressing guide rail, because in actual use, the dust generated by sharpening the blade will fall on the smooth guide rail, causing difficulty in moving the blade or wire pressing wheel during cutting and frequent shutdown. The minimum spacing between the wire pressing wheels should be ensured to be within the actual values of the positioning method and cutting accuracy of the 50mm blade line. Some manufacturers claim to be able to achieve+0.5mm, but in reality, there may be 1-2mm errors, so personnel need to frequently inspect, which is inefficient; There are several ways to press the wire wheel, which can meet the requirements of multiple types of wire pressing.

In addition to monitoring the production site, the production management system should have complete collection, statistics, and printing of production data. For example, printing production schedules, printing production paper material preparation forms, and printing production labels. The production label requires buyers and suppliers to ensure that the output format is consistent with their own manufacturer's format, and that the purchased production management system has full functionality. However, in many cases, it is not configured and will have to be purchased later if needed.
