In the third step of production: turn on the paper, produce one or two pieces of paperboard, pass the inspection, start mass production; refer to the approved draft or approved real sample to check the packing box such as graphic and text position, glazing position, box size, whether the picture and text are complete. Check the picture and text: check the manuscript line by line; avoid the error of the signature itself; check according to the signature or sample; in the production process, check whether there is running position, color difference, clear and short of picture and text, whether there is hair edge at the edge of slotted forming knife, tear, whether the lid molding has overlapping seam, whether the pressing line is correct or not, whether the pressure is appropriate or not. Finally, after the end of production, the printed qualified products and the products to be inspected should be placed separately and clearly marked. The captain arranges personnel to clean and maintain the machine in accordance with the Machine maintenance and maintenance system. Cut off the power supply and air flow.
