High quality grey hardboard production line

To optimize the energy consumption of the Grey board production line, it is necessary to combine multiple measures such as double-sided drying technology, heat setting composite process, intelligent sensor control, and waste paper pulp recycling to ensure that the unit energy consumption is ≤ 0.8 tons of standard coal per ton of cardboard. The following is the specific implementation plan:

1、 Double sided drying technology

By flipping the pulp board, the front and back of the pulp can be uniformly heated to improve drying efficiency. Using a heating coil for secondary heating of the airflow, and evenly distributing hot air through a spherical drying hood to reduce energy waste. This technology can reduce drying time and avoid uneven energy consumption caused by single-sided heating.

2、 Heat setting composite process

Advanced technologies such as membrane transfer and adhesive application, non-contact drying, etc. are used to reduce heat loss during water evaporation. By using shoe press technology to improve the tightness of cardboard and reduce energy consumption during subsequent drying stages.

3、 Intelligent sensor control automatic paper hardboard production line

Deploy a real-time monitoring system to dynamically adjust parameters such as temperature and pressure. For example, optimizing the papermaking process through wet end chemical mixing and addition technology can reduce energy consumption fluctuations caused by anion interference. Intelligent systems can also predict equipment maintenance needs and avoid energy waste caused by malfunctions.

4、 Recycling of waste paper pulp 

Increase the proportion of waste paper pulp to over 30% and reduce the use of primary fibers. We need to optimize the waste paper pulping process to ensure stable pulp quality and avoid increasing energy consumption due to raw material issues. At the same time, efficient wastewater treatment technologies such as activated sludge process are used to achieve resource recycling.

5、 Waste heat recovery system of the industrial paper hardboard production line

Install plate or heat pipe heat exchangers to recover the exhaust waste heat from the drying process for preheating fresh air or process heating. This system can reduce heating load by 30% -50%, with a payback period of about 1-2 years. For high-temperature exhaust gas, cascade utilization technologies such as waste heat power generation or hydrogen production can be explored.

6、 Comprehensive benefits

After the coordinated implementation of the above measures, it is expected that the unit energy consumption can be reduced to 0.7-0.8 tons of standard coal per ton of cardboard, while reducing carbon emissions. Taking a production line with an annual capacity of 50000 tons as an example, it saves about 10000 tons of standard coal annually, resulting in significant economic benefits.
