1、 Winter special maintenance
Temperature control measures: Maintain water temperature by using residual heat from the blower, covering the tank with insulation boards, or injecting steam to prevent a decrease in bacterial activity.
Adjust parameters: Extend the retention time of sewage to ensure degradation efficiency; Regularly check the uniformity of aeration and sludge concentration.
2、 General maintenance points
Regular inspection:
Grille machine: Clean the wrapping material, lubricate the bearings, and prevent jamming.
Lift the pump: Check the sealing to avoid impurities blocking the impeller.
Blower: Monitor air pressure and noise, and adjust energy efficiency through frequency conversion.
Cleaning and lubrication: Clean the filter screen daily and replace the filter material regularly; Mechanical components are lubricated periodically.
Troubleshooting: Check the flow rate and aeration when the effluent does not meet the standard; Abnormal noise requires shutdown for maintenance.
