Working principle:
The sewage treatment equipment integrates chemical addition treatment and physical precipitation discharge (in order to remove solid impurities with a certain particle size), as well as biological adsorption, deodorization, color removal and degradation of organic pollutants. The main process is the combination of chemical treatment and biological treatment.
After the ink wastewater is fed into the integrated sewage treatment system by the lifting pump after the regulating tank, the ink wastewater is first entered into the coagulation reaction tank, the reagent enters the coagulation reaction tank in the drug storage tank, after automatic stirring, fully reacts with the sewage, the liquid flows into the relay collecting pool after static, and then enters the continuous anaerobic tank for biodegradation and other efficient biochemical treatment, and then the residual organic pollutants and a small amount of suspended matter of the wastewater are effectively treated. The wastewater treatment enters the sedimentation tank to stabilize the flow, discharge and precipitate to ensure that the water quality meets the requirements of the factory.
