the slot width in the box too large or too small should be eliminated in time, the main reason is that the printing die line deviation is too large, the solution: the use of artificial shaping, plastic cannot be strongly press hard push paper or curved edge, resulting in cardboard folding longitudinal or box deformation, should be slightly plastic indentation line;
do not allow scratches in the box, damaged cardboard, do not allow the inner wall of the box glue bond phenomenon, section long quality inspectors to check and verify at any time;
bonded boxes, must be 40-50 minutes before packaging, to ensure the effective bonding;
after the end of the sticky box work, the waste carton should be cleaned and handed over to the quality inspector for certification and input into the waste storehouse, and the qualified products should be labeled.
