Preparation before installation of Full automatic partition inserter machine
1、 Site preparation
Choose a flat and dry installation area to ensure that the ground load-bearing capacity meets the equipment requirements (such as the self weight of the Shengwei grid inserting machine being about 2 tons).
Reserved equipment operating space: It is recommended to reserve at least 1.5 meters of channel around the equipment and at least 2 meters of height at the top.
Check the position of the power and gas interface to ensure compliance with equipment requirements.
2、 Equipment inspection
Check if the automatic cardboard partition machine model matches the order and inspect the appearance for any transportation damage.
Counting accessories: including screws, connecting wires, fasteners, etc. (refer to the equipment packaging list).
Check whether the key components such as the cutterhead, knob, and transmission device are intact.
3、 Preparation of tools and materials
Basic tools: wrench, screwdriver, level, etc.
Auxiliary materials: compressed air hose, power cord, lubricant, etc.
Safety equipment: gloves, goggles, etc.
4、 Personnel and Safety
Arrange at least 2 professional installers who are familiar with the Automatic partition assembly insert machine structure.
Set up safety warning signs to ensure that there are no idle personnel in the installation area.
Prepare fire extinguishers and other firefighting equipment to prevent electrical fire risks.
