The uncoiling adopts 3 inch cone bottom clamping material without shaft unwinding, the uncoiling diameter can reach 1300 mm, equipped with automatic opposite side, automatic edge correction, automatic tool adjusting and positioning device, standard configuration manual oil pressure tension control. Higher requirements can be equipped with magnetic powder automatic tension controller.
The winding adopts a 3-inch air expansion reel and a tension controller to be wound, the cutting operation is simple, the winding diameter can be up to 1300 mm, and the winding is beautiful and tidy.
The cutting tool is designed with face knife and bottom knife, and the adjustable tool between 30mm-1600mm (specially customized 10mm~1600mm).
Spindle and circular knife use frequency converter stepless speed change system; frequency converter speed regulation system, through manual adjustment of the speed of the machine, convenient and simple. PLC digital control, touch screen set batch production。
Using precision ball rod and slide rail, parallel propulsion cutting width, using clothing motor adjustment system stepless adjustment and control of cutting speed, so as to achieve high precision cutting, * degree can be controlled at 0.1 mm。
