The thin knife technology is used to overcome the phenomenon of hair edge and flattening caused by the traditional thick angle knife cutting. The cut paperboard does not turn corrugated, no burr, neat edge, smooth and no flattening phenomenon, and the straightness is good, which improves the overall quality and appearance of the paperboard.
Equipped with tool cooling device and manual, automatic grinding tool conversion device; according to the length or time of paper cutting set timing grinding knife.
The cutting accuracy is ±0.5 mm to overcome the extrusion and collapse of the conventional line dividing machine.
The five-pole and eight-wire structure is adopted, and the wire pressing mechanism and the paper dividing mechanism are controlled by frequency conversion respectively to track the speed of the production line automatically.
