Conveyor belt: Check whether there are signs of wear, tear, or aging on the belt body, whether the surface is clean, and whether the deviation is severe. The idler and drum should rotate flexibly, without radial jumping, and the rubber wear should be within a controllable range.
Gear: Use the naked eye or magnifying glass to observe whether the tooth surface is smooth, whether there are wear marks, cracks, or peeling. Measure tooth thickness and pitch, compare with standard values, and pay attention to wear exceeding the limit. Listen to the running sound, abnormal noise of the automatic paper hardboard production line may indicate wear and tear.
Bearing: Monitoring temperature is an effective means, installing high-temperature sensors to collect real-time data, and setting reasonable alarm thresholds. Vibration analysis can also reflect the state of bearings, and abnormal vibration signals need to be monitored. Listen to the sound of bearing operation and judge whether it is normal based on experience.
Steam pressure: Ensuring stable pressure is crucial for corrugated forming and bonding. Pressure fluctuations may affect the quality of cardboard.
Cardboard production line temperature: Use an infrared thermometer to monitor the temperature distribution of various parts, and there may be problems in areas with abnormally high temperatures. Key parts such as bearings and motors require special attention to temperature rise.
Rubber roller gap: Check whether the rubber roller gap is uniform and whether wear has caused excessive gap. Uneven gaps can affect the adhesive effect and the quality of cardboard bonding.
In addition, regular oil analysis to detect the concentration of elements such as iron and copper can detect the wear of gears and bearings early. Through systematic inspection and analysis, problems can be identified in a timely manner to prevent small faults from escalating into major issues.
