The Corrguated carton printing slotting die cutting equipment consists of five parts: paper feeding, printing, slotting, die cutting and stacking.
Paper feeding department adopts advanced negative pressure adsorption and kick-back paper feeding with adjustable air volume.
The printing department adopts hanging plate roll, which can shorten the time of plate loading.

1. Using hanging plate printing system, the plate-changing operation is convenient, and pedal switch is installed to facilitate hanging plate.
2. The circumferential adjustment mechanism of printing drum adopts planetary gear structure, and the hardness of the tooth surface reaches HRC58-60.
3. Printing phase adopts frequency converter, touch screen control and electric digital 360 degree adjustment (operation, stop state can be adjusted). Inking roll adopts high precision hard chromium wear resistant mesh roll.
4. Rubber rollers are coated with wear-resistant rubber on the surface of steel pipes. The ink transfer effect is good after medium and high special grinding.

The order control panel is equipped with touch screen, which can control paper feeding, printing and slotting parts. It is easy to operate.
