1、 Installation:

Firstly, place the Automatic cardboard folding gluing machine on a stable ground and confirm that the power cord and socket of the machine are securely connected

3. Connect the feeding pipe of the box gluing machine to the feeding slot of the box gluing machine, ensuring that the two ends of the pipe are firmly connected to the feeding slot, and connect the other end of the paper feeding pipe to the cardboard box machine.

4. Connect the discharge pipe of the carton box folder gluer equipment to the discharge groove of the box gluing machine, ensuring that the two ends of the pipe are firmly connected to the discharge groove, and connect the other end of the discharge pipe to the cardboard box machine.

2、 Operation:

1. Turn on the power switch of the automatic box folding gluing machine and wait for the voltmeter to display normally.

2. Place the prepared empty box into the feeding slot of the box gluing machine, then place the edges of the empty box together, and place the bottom of the empty box into the feeding slot of the box gluing machine, waiting for the box cover of the box gluing machine to automatically pack.

3. After the automatic packing of the box cover by the box gluing machine is completed, place the empty boxes that have been packed into the discharge chute of the box gluing machine and wait for the automatic unloading of the box cover by the machine.

4. After the automatic unloading of the box cover of the box gluing machine is completed, the empty boxes that have been packed can be taken out, and the edges of the empty boxes can be placed together. The bottom of the empty boxes can be placed in the discharge chute of the box gluing machine, and wait for the box cover of the box gluing machine to automatically pack the boxes.
