Paper tube equipment cleaning. After the unpacking inspection and disassembly of the equipment, the rust inhibitor, internal residual iron filings, rust and dirt accumulated in transportation and storage shall be removed, and the equipment can only be assembled after cleaning.
Paper tube equipment lubrication. Only after the internal and external parts of the equipment are cleaned can they be oiled and lubricated. Lubricating oil can only be used after being tested and confirmed to meet the requirements. Before adding the equipment, the lubricating oil must be filtered, and the refueling shall reach the specified oil level position; all lubricating parts and oil holes shall be filled with lubricating oil.
